Creating Chances
Fruit2Work is a multi award winning, certified not-for-profit social enterprise and registered charity, delivering high quality fruit, milk, and pantry items, with a personalised service to workplaces. We deliver to customers located in and around Melbourne, Greater Geelong and Ballarat. We do this to create meaningful employment opportunities for those who have been impacted by the justice system, creating chances for our team to gain important skills and experiences to reset their lives, and return to society as contributing members.
At Fruit2Work we create jobs by providing a real service, allowing our employees to turn their lives around and avoid the potential social impact costs of at least $500,000 per person. Nearly half of the people released from prison today will re-offend and return to prison in less than 2 years.
Fruit2Work is a certified Not for Profit Social Enterprise where we create chances through employment for those impacted by the justice system.
Our Products
Fresh Milk
We stock fresh milk along with a variety of milk alternatives like Almond, Soy, Oat and Lactose Free to suit workplaces of all sizes.
Fresh Fruit Box
We provide seasonal fruits in multiple box combinations in quantities of 25, 35 or 50 pieces.
Pantry
Tea, coffee, milo, hot chocolate, fresh fruit juice and a variety other products on request.
Vending
Fruit2Work in conjunction with iVend is a “One Stop Shop” for all your vending needs.
Tax Deductable Donations
Not only is Fruit2Work a certified not for profit social enterprise, but we have also been awarded DGR1 charity status.
This means that we are able to accept tax-deductible donations that assist Fruit2Work being able to continue creating chances for employment to those that have been impacted by the justice system.

Social value refers to the benefits for all Victorians when the social and sustainable outcomes are achieved, through procurement activities.
Yes 100 % of your spend with F2W can be counted towards your social procurement government targets ass part of the social procurement strategy.
The Victorian government has set targets as part of its Social Procurement strategy for all government awarded contracts that require a designated level of procurement spend to create social value.
Invoices are generated at the end of each month and sent via email.
Fruit orders 12 Noon business day prior.
Milk orders 3pm business day prior.
Yes along with our 100% Australian family owned and operated full cream and low fat dairy milk, we also stock Almond Milk, Soy Milk, Lactose Free Milk and Oat Milk.
At this stage, we are able to deliver weekdays Monday – Friday.
All of Fruit2Works employees have been touched by the justice system in one way or another and have taken Fruit2Work’s opportunity of transitional employment to get their lives back on track and be a contributing member of society once again.

We don’t charge a delivery fee on top of our product price for standard deliveries in metro Melbourne, Geelong or Ballarat. A re-delivery fee may be applicable if a requested delivery (a once off or standard ongoing order) is not able to be completed because notification was not given of your workplace closure etc…

Yes, we have DGR1 charity status. We are certified by Social Traders as a not for profit social enterprise. We were also awarded the Australian small social enterprise of the year 2020.

We hire people released from prison and allow them to change their lives by offering them employment. By letting them be an integral part of society, we reduce their chances of recidivism by 75%. We offer free next-day delivery in Melbourne, so basically you just pay for the fruits and no delivery charges.

We are very open to satisfying our customer’s delivery requirements. However sometimes this may be dependent on daily capacity. Please enquire with us and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request. More than likely we may be able to.
Yes, if we are provided a building access pass to the area required, otherwise the delivery can be left outside the building entry or reception if requested.

We have a very open and honest working environment where no topic is off limits. We regularly drug test employees and also provide supports along the way to assist in our employee’s reintegration with society.
