Our purpose
Fruit2Work is an award-winning certified social enterprise and registered charity. Our purpose is to create chances for people who have been impacted by the justice system. We do this by providing employment and helping people rebuild their lives. In doing so we reduce recidivism and the potential social impact costs of re-incarceration.
We create a culture that is free of bias because we know this is crucial for people returning to the community to transform their lives and reconnect with their loved ones.

Our Team
Everyone at Fruit2Work has been impacted by the justice system in some way. This could be their own lived experience of prison, a family member’s incarceration or as a justice support worker.
This provides them with unique insight to tackle the challenge of recidivism and create brighter futures for people re-entering society.
