We can help with your recycling
Did you know that in Victoria, we can help you to recycle your milk bottles and CDS-eligible containers?
We can collect your empty milk bottles each week as part of Procal’s ‘back to base’ recycling program. This allows customers to return their used bottles and help avoid them going to landfill. Procal processes the bottles into plastic pellets so they can be used to make recycled plastic products like playground surfaces and benches. Simply ask our team to add this service to your regular milk run.
Our sister organisation Recycle4Change operates two collection depots as part of the Victorian Government’s Container Deposit scheme. The scheme rewards Victorians with a 10-cent refund for every eligible can, carton and bottle they return. We can arrange regular collection from your business. Where do you source your milk from?
We locally source our dairy milk from 100% Australian family owned and operated businesses Procal Dairy (VIC) and Norco (QLD).

How do you ensure the safe storage of your milk?
We receive our milk supply every 2nd day. The moment the refrigerated transport arrives, the pallets of milk are removed from the truck and taken to storage in our industrial chillers – set between 2-3 degrees Celsius. The morning of a customer’s delivery, the milk is transferred into our multiple refrigerated delivery vans to be taken to the delivery site.
How long is the shelf life of our milk?
We commit to having a minimum of 10 days shelf life on milk once delivered to you.
What temperature should my milk be stored at?
For optimum shelf life, milk should be stored at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
Do you deliver non-dairy milk varieties?
Yes. We can supply dairy alternatives including Almond Milk, Soy Milk (Milk Lab or Bonsoy), Oat Milk & Lactose free Milk.
I need to change my order. What is the cut off?
Changes to your order need to be submitted to us by 12pm on the business day prior to your delivery.
